About The Position

CR Hanna Elementary School is seeking a full-time Elementary School Counselor. The preferred applicants will be able to develop and implement a comprehensive school counseling program. Plan and implement instructional programs in accordance with the district's philosophy and curricular objectives. Provide counseling for individuals and/or small groups of students with problems: conduct structured, goal-oriented counseling sessions in a systematic response. Effective communication and strong collaboration skills with other professionals are essential to this position.

Requirements

• Master's degree in School Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field.
• Valid Illinois School Counselor Certification or ability to obtain certification.
