Position Overview: Provide targeted academic support to K-5 students in a resource setting, focusing on core subjects and individualized learning goals. Lead the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including meticulous tracking of student progress and service delivery. Partner with the Special Education team and general education teachers to design and deliver appropriate interventions in both integrated and resource environments. Evaluate student needs to adapt curriculum and instructional techniques, ensuring all learners have access to a high-quality educational experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Valid Texas Special Education Certification covering Grades K-5
- Valid Texas Fingerprint Clearance Card
Nice To Haves
- Valid Texas Content Area / Generalist Certification (Preferred)
