About The Position
The Resource Room Teacher for Elementary is responsible for planning and implementing instructional programs tailored to meet the individual needs of students, in alignment with the educational goals and curriculum set by the Wyckoff Board of Education. The teacher will create a safe and conducive learning environment through effective classroom management techniques that promote learning and personal growth. The role also involves helping students develop essential skills, attitudes, and knowledge necessary for a solid educational foundation. Additionally, the teacher must maintain appropriate communication with administrators, parents, and other staff members while adhering to confidentiality guidelines. It is crucial to uphold and enforce school rules, administrative regulations, and Board policies.
