The emphasis will be on vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing. This person must be professionally prepared to teach Mandarin to young children. You will also * Plan, supervise, and implement curriculum for the campus afterschool program * Collaborate with other faculty and staff members * Provide administrative support * Float between classrooms to provide teaching support * Monitor and assess student progress * Maintain an ordered and arranged classroom environment What We Are Looking For * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university * Two years of prior classroom experience in a elementary setting * Must be fluent in English and Mandarin * Be authorized to work in the U.S.
