About The Position
Caskey Torah Academy of Greater Philadelphia is looking for a dedicated and passionate elementary school teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position requires a certified educator who is trained to teach grades K-5. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classroom teaching and a commitment to fostering a child-centered learning environment. We value educators who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to our professional team. Excellent communication skills are essential, as teachers will be interacting with students, parents, peers, and administrators regularly. In this role, teachers will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Experience with differentiated instruction is highly desired, as it allows teachers to tailor their teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and abilities. Additionally, familiarity with educational technology is important, as we aim to integrate modern tools into our curriculum to enhance the learning experience.
