About The Position
Inspire Academies is a public charter district comprised of community-based and partnership schools spread across either Central and South Texas campuses and operated by the nonprofit BRAINATION, Inc, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. Inspire Academies' innovative learning methods address each campus's unique purpose, fulfilling its mission by inspiring every student to belong, find joy, and be great. We have a unique educational program designed to foster independent learning. We are intentional. Our small schools allow everyone to get to know each other and receive the attention they deserve. Anne Frank Inspire Academy - NW Military is an innovative 21st-century public charter school serving K - 5 students. Our campus is in north central San Antonio located within the Barshop Jewish Community Center. Our school features top-notch educators in small class sizes, so each child has plenty of elbow room to learn, create, and explore. Our safe and secure facilities include a huge indoor gym, climbing wall, green learning spaces, garden, and an amazing playground. Whether running experiments in a science lab, computing in a classroom or collaborating with others under big blue skies, our school ecosystem ensures every child feels like they belong, finds joy in learning, and is provided opportunities to be great. We are looking for student-centered Teachers to lead in the spirit of our mission to increase the capacity for learning by inspiring every student to belong, find joy, and be great. Our learning environment engages students in the construction of understanding through asking questions, exploring, researching, and reflecting. We focus on strong academics but also teach tolerance, value diversity, support justice, and strive daily to fulfill our mission.
