1. Support staff in planning and delivering effective literacy and mathematics interventions to ensure that all students are prepared for success. 2. Provide professional development/support for interventionists and classroom teachers through classroom modeling, observation, discussion and presentations. 3. Guide teachers and interventionists on the analysis of data and the development and implementation of evidence-based interventions and instructional practices to improve student achievement. 4. Help assess student strengths and needs through classroom observation, interpretation of formal and informal data, and the evaluation of student work. 5. Collaborate with building principals to facilitate and oversee the monitoring of progress for struggling students in response to instructional approaches and interventions. 6. Assist District Director of Elementary Teaching, Learning & Support and Educational Accountability Coordinator with grant writing and reporting requirements for Title I as needed. 7. Conduct/coordinate all Title I parent meetings.
