About The Position
Please be advised that the Enfield Public Schools is accepting applications for the following position. POSITION(S): Elementary Instructional Teaching Assistant (temporary: through the 2024-2025 school year only)
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a classroom setting
- Strong math and literacy skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree, prior teaching experience, or concurrent enrollment in a pre-service teaching program preferred
Responsibilities
- Facilitate small group instruction
- Assist in developing and preparing activities in collaboration with the classroom teacher
- Partner with classroom teacher to independently deliver classroom instruction
