About The Position
The Instructional Facilitator position for Grades K-5 is a full-time, tenure track role for the 2025-2026 school year. The facilitator will provide intensive professional development for teachers, focusing on proven and innovative evidence-based instructional strategies. This role involves working directly with teachers to provide classroom demonstrations, co-teaching, lesson planning, and sharing best practices. Additionally, the facilitator will offer collaborative coaching and related professional development in subjects such as math, science, and social studies.
