About The Position
The position involves meeting and instructing students in all subjects during assigned class time and in designated locations. The teacher is responsible for planning a program of study that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of all students, creating a conducive classroom environment, and encouraging students to maintain standards of behavior. The teacher guides the learning process towards achieving curriculum goals, establishes clear objectives for lessons, and employs various instructional techniques. Regular assessment of student accomplishments and maintaining accurate records are also key responsibilities. The teacher collaborates with administration and support staff, attends meetings, and communicates with parents regarding student progress. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
