About The Position
The Elementary Dean of Student Success at ASTEC Charter School is a full-time leadership role focused on enhancing student achievement and fostering a professional learning environment. This position is integral to the school's mission of providing quality education to approximately 1,500 students in grades PreK-12 across two campuses. The Dean will work closely with school administration to implement data-driven strategies and support curriculum development, ensuring that all students receive the guidance and resources they need to succeed.
