The Elementary Data and Testing Coordinator will assist in the development of Title I programs at Bailey and Hamilton Elementary schools. This role involves creating the elementary district assessment calendar each year based on best practices as designated by NWEA and state guidance, as well as creating necessary data spreadsheets for teachers. The coordinator will be responsible for communicating testing reminders to all staff and will serve as the Elementary Testing Coordinator for both schools. Additionally, the coordinator will coordinate all Title 1 and State Standardized Testing Staff and Parent Meetings, work collaboratively with the Instructional Support Specialist to provide Professional Development and In-Service Workshops, and coordinate NWEA testing. The position also includes maintaining records and reports necessary for the successful execution of the job and assisting with e-Learning components as needed.
