Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field
• Montana teaching certification (or ability to obtain certification)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Utilize various instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
