Outreach is hiring a Full-time Elementary Classroom Aide 4th/5th Grade at Outreach Carol Stream to assist lead teachers in supervising students during our summer program. Schedule Staff Training – June 1 to June 5 (MANDATORY) Program Dates – June 8 to July 31 Program Schedule – Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Benefits & Compensation $16.50 - $18.00/hour - Based on education, experience, and language ability. Referral Program. Employee Assistance Program and Employee Discount. IL Paid Leave. Requirements
- A passion for working with elementary-age students.
- Classroom or group experience with children.
- Experience with and sensitivity to the needs of students from low-income, high-risk families.
- A commitment to Outreach's Statement of Mission & Faith.

Nice To Haves
- Some early childhood education or elementary education coursework is preferred.
