Outreach is hiring a Full-time Elementary Classroom Aide 3rd/4th Grade at Outreach Carol Stream to assist lead teachers in supervising students during our summer program. Schedule Staff Training – June 1 to June 5 (MANDATORY) Program Dates – June 8 to July 31 Program Schedule – Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Requirements

A passion for working with elementary-age students.
Classroom or group experience with children.
Experience with and sensitivity to the needs of students from low-income, high-risk families.
A commitment to Outreach's Statement of Mission & Faith.

Nice To Haves

Some early childhood education or elementary education coursework is preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish/ English) is a plus.

Responsibilities
