About The Position
Elementary School Boys Basketball Coach The Elementary School Boys Basketball Coach is responsible for teaching fundamental basketball skills while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and character development. The coach will plan and lead age-appropriate practices, prepare students for games, and create a positive, inclusive environment that supports skill growth and confidence.
Requirements
- Experience working with elementary-aged children
- Knowledge of basic basketball skills and game play
- Ability to motivate, manage, and positively engage students
- Required background check and district compliance
Responsibilities
- Teaching basic basketball fundamentals and rules
- Emphasizing teamwork, effort, and good sportsmanship
- Supervising students during practices and games
