SFCA Elementary Assistant Principal
About The Position
Southwest Florida Christian Academy is seeking an Elementary Assistant Principal who is deeply committed to Christian education and aligned with the school’s mission and vision. A master’s degree is preferred; however, candidates with a bachelor’s degree in education will be considered. The Assistant Principal will work collaboratively with the Principal, faculty, staff, students, and families to promote high levels of academic achievement and student well-being. Qualified candidates must be a born-again Christian and demonstrate strong motivation, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities, and well-developed relational skills.
