About The Position

The Art Enrichment Teacher will develop and implement an integrated curriculum that utilizes constructivist instructional methods appropriate for each grade level. Create a healthy and safe learning environment that demonstrates respect for all and supports student success. Communicate and partner effectively with parents to support student learning. Evaluate student learning and adapt to evaluation data to continually improve our academic program. This position is also responsible for supporting the academic and socio/emotional growth of our diverse group of students. The Art Enrichment Teacher communicates regularly with parents and establishes positive relationships with all stakeholders in our learning community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Valid CA Single Subject Art Teaching Credential
• Valid CA English Learner Authorization
• TB Test clearance & DOJ fingerprinting clearance
• Familiarity with constructivist pedagogy
• Enthusiasm for curriculum development to support a growing school program.
