About The Position

The Electrophysiology Technologist (EPT) is a cardiovascular or radiologic technologist who has completed competencies identified in the Cardiovascular Technologist orientation. The EPT will perform through the utilization of specialized equipment, under the direction of a qualified physician, procedures that include fluoroscopy and digital image capture resulting in the accurate diagnosis and/or optimal treatment of congenital or acquired heart arrhythmias while maintaining maximum patient safety and comfort. Requirements

Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular or Radiographic Technology
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire
National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association Upon hire
Montana Radiologic Technologist Upon hire
National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, or National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - Cardiovascular Credentialing International, Or National Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist
1 year experience in a cardiovascular laboratory.
