CCI proudly established the first outpatient vascular center in Illinois, where we have successfully performed thousands of peripheral vascular interventions, including angiograms, stents, and atherectomies. We were also pioneers in creating an integrated vein clinic to treat varicose veins. As we continue to expand our cardiovascular and electrophysiology services throughout the Greater Chicago communities, we are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Electrophysiologist to join our growing team. Chicago Cardiology Institute is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified Electrophysiologist to primarily support our Schaumburg and Oak Park facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collegial and patient-focused practice at the forefront of cardiovascular care.

Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Electrophysiology Fellowship Program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert cardiac electrophysiology services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various arrhythmias.
  • Perform a wide range of electrophysiological procedures.
  • Offer general cardiology support as needed, contributing to comprehensive patient care.
  • Collaborate effectively within our team of 12 physicians and extensive clinical and administrative support staff across local clinics and hospitals.
  • Participate in a shared call rotation with other physicians.
