About The Position
We are a well-established 11 provider Cardiology Group located in Ventura, California, seeking a dedicated Electrophysiologist to join our busy and established practice. This position is designed for a professional who is looking to specialize in electrophysiology, with the expectation that the role will progress to 100% electrophysiology practice over time. Initially, the selected candidate will share responsibilities for general cardiology call, which is structured to ensure a balanced workload among the team members. Our practice boasts accredited nuclear and echocardiography programs, alongside a robust remote monitoring program utilizing Murj technology. As part of our team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including 4 non-interventional cardiologists, 2 interventional cardiologists, 1 electrophysiologist, three Physician Assistants (PAs), and one Nurse Practitioner (NP). The general call schedule is approximately one in eight weekdays and weekends, allowing for a manageable work-life balance. This position is classified as an employee role within a private practice setting, with a promising pathway to partnership available after 18 months of service. The practice is situated in a beautiful Southern California location, providing an excellent lifestyle and a supportive collegial environment. Most of the hospital work is concentrated at one facility, with the second hospital located within a convenient 10-mile radius, ensuring efficiency and ease of access for patient care.
