Human-I-T seeks an Electronics Testing Supervisor to lead our Full Device Refurbishment team, ensuring the highest standards of testing, repair, and preparation of donated consumer electronics. This leadership role demands not only technical expertise but also exceptional management skills, making it ideal for someone who excels in overseeing complex electronics refurbishment projects and in fostering a skilled, knowledgeable team. This position is located in a secure, NAID AAA certified and ISO certified facility, ensuring the highest standards of data security and operational integrity. As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment, all new hires are required to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to their start date. Additionally, to ensure the safety of our team, employees must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, which will be provided at no cost. Our active warehouse setting presents inherent risks such as equipment operation, material handling, and the need for constant vigilance to prevent accidents.
