About The Position

The Electronics Technician is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of equipment in line with operational demands. This role focuses on improving maintenance efficiency and productivity within the Maintenance Base, adhering to maintenance programs, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience as an Electronics Technician or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of maintenance programs and reliability centered maintenance strategies.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Ability to adhere to business systems and record maintenance performance accurately.

• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with asset utilization and cost of service delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned equipment according to the maintenance program and reliability centered maintenance strategy.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within business systems to record materials, labor costs, and maintenance performance history.
• Comply with Product Line standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement culture and initiatives to enhance asset utilization and cost of service delivery.
• Support efforts to improve asset turnaround time and reduce downtime due to maintenance issues.
• Implement CoSD projects, including planned repair and reuse of parts.
• Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
• Comply with the Competency Management System.
