Requirements
- Education: A 2-year degree in Electronics or related field, Certified Electronics Program (18 months), or 4-year degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) or related field. PR Certification must be obtained within the probationary period.
- Experience: 1-3 years of manufacturing experience with a 2-year degree or Certified Electronics Program, or no experience required with a 4-year degree.
- Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting to the component level, using tools and gauges, interpreting schematics, and maintaining close specifications. Strong dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and basic computer skills are essential.
- This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
- This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

Responsibilities
- Test and Troubleshoot: Set up and operate specialized test equipment to evaluate electronic products, troubleshooting to the component and sub-assembly level using schematics and established procedures.
- Collaborate and Lead: Provide technical guidance to Assemblers and mentor new technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Drive Quality: Interpret drawings and specifications, recommend process improvements, and ensure all quality feedback is documented and communicated effectively.
