About The Position

Join our dynamic electronics manufacturing team at an electronics assembly company. We're seeking a motivated SMT Technician to operate pick and place machines to help us build high-quality printed circuit board assemblies using advanced equipment and precise processes.

Requirements

• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Prior experience with SMT equipment preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
• Minimum 3 years of hands on experience operating Mydata/Mycronic machines ( required )
• We participate in E-Verify
• Must pass drug and background

Responsibilities

• Operate SMT equipment including solder paste printers (Ekra E4 & X4), reflow ovens (BTU), and pick-and-place machines (Mydata/Mycronic/Samsung)
• Set up feeders, trays, and stencils for SMT machines
• Prepare reflow ovens and solder paste machines for production runs
• Ensure accurate and efficient assembly of printed circuit boards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols
