A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Service Technician 4, you will serve as a senior technical expert, leading the servicing, repair, and installation of RF products. This role demands extensive experience in diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to RF systems, providing mentorship to junior technicians, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and product performance. In this role, you will report to the service department supervisor. You Will Make an Impact By: Expert Technical Support: Lead the diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and debugging of advanced RF products, offering guidance to both customers and internal teams. Complex Servicing and Repair: Perform intricate in-house servicing and repair of RF products, addressing sophisticated mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures. System Optimization: Analyze and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Documentation: Oversee the maintenance of comprehensive records of service activities, including test results, and service reports. Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices.
