Please join us as a Electronics Responsible Product Engineer where you will work on the development of a sophisticated state-of-the-art avionics product in a world class Integrated Product Development environment. Requirements

  • Experience with high-reliability electronics through the product lifecycle.
  • Previous or current Product Engineer or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years professional experience.
  • An active DoD Secret clearance , thus US Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Experience with high-reliability electronics through the product lifecycle.
  • Previous or current Product Engineer or equivalent experience.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance , thus US Citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating through full lifecycle development process with an emphasis on development, test and integration
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and complete complex technical problems
  • Deep understanding of missile system disciplines, including but not limited to: o Power management and Distribution o Missile Integration and Testing o Circuitware / FPGA development o Non-conformance disposition in a Quality Management system

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, testing and delivery of an Avionics module that is responsible for power distribution for a modified Interceptor
  • Drive collaboration across adjacent organizations such as Systems Engineering, Test and Integration Engineering, Flight Sciences and Manufacturing
  • Develop and maintain close team relationships to foster partnership in all outcomes
  • Be responsible for the Module’s schedules and be accountable for achieving key milestones
  • Present technical status and issue resolution to program leadership and applicable stakeholders
  • Maximize collaboration and foster a culture of technical excellence with a laser focus on delivering compliant products on schedule.
