About The Position

The Electronics Repair Technician at uBreakiFix by Asurion is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their technology needs, offering solutions, and selling related products. Technicians are expected to work flexibly across multiple locations and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation for work.
• Must be flexible and willing to work at all 3 locations in Sacramento when needed.
• Must be available to work any of the 7 days of the week.
• At least six months experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a drug, background, and driving screen.
• Good hygiene, presentable, and friendly demeanor.
• One or more years of customer service/retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience in up-selling and educating customers on products.
• Knowledge of the latest technology including mobile devices, TVs, laptops, and operating systems.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile apps.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in electronics troubleshooting or product service support.
