Electronics Repair Technician II Orlando, FL Position Summary Thales is looking for an Electronics Repair Technician II, whose role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment independently while monitoring and improving daily shop activities. This position is responsible for assigning work plans, contributing to process optimization, managing consumable inventories, and providing guidance to Tech I technicians. The experience and expertise of this role contribute directly to the team’s efficiency and success in meeting production and quality goals. In this position, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment while supporting daily shop performance and improvement initiatives. You will assist with assigning work plans, managing consumable inventories, and contributing to process optimization efforts, while providing technical guidance to Tech I technicians to support efficient operations and achievement of production and quality objectives.
