About The Position
uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a dedicated Electronics Repair Technician and Computer Repair Technician to join our team in Boulder, CO. Since our establishment in 2009, we have expanded to hundreds of locations across the U.S. and Canada, becoming one of the largest and most reputable smartphone repair companies in the industry. We are looking for individuals who are tech-savvy and enjoy working with smartphones and computers. This position is full-time, and we are willing to train candidates with no prior repair experience after an initial three-month period. As a technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various electronic devices. You will interact directly with customers, providing them with a friendly and positive experience. Your role will also involve ensuring that all repairs meet or exceed our quality standards. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, handling phone calls, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house environment.
