About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in electronics assembly or related field.
• Experience with electronic assembling (1 year of experience required).
• Ability to utilize production and maintenance tools and equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with proprietary manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with electric screwdrivers, compressed air systems, and torque gauges.

Responsibilities

• Learn the operation of multiple workstations to meet production and rework goals.
• Perform complete product assembly and final detailing.
• Assemble products consisting of multiple electrical, mechanical, and plastic parts.
• Rework assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
• Perform post-manufacture modifications in accordance with engineering documentation.
• Accurately and efficiently test a variety of products to achieve quality goals.
• Conduct quality assurance of assembled products consisting of multiple electrical, mechanical, and plastic parts.
• Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified.
• Download and configure a variety of initial applications and system settings accurately and efficiently.
• Install system core configurations and applications.
• Efficiently assemble product packages and place various products, accessories, and materials into product packaging.
