Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years hardware and software development experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Motivated to learn and is a self-starter.
• Leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microchip microcontrollers and development environment desired.
• Experience with Altium schematic development a plus.

Responsibilities

• Software development using primarily Microchip 8-bit microcontrollers and Microchip development tool chain.
• Manage SW via revision control system.
• Support production programmers.
• Manage PC based configuration tools using Microsoft Visual Studio using C#.
• Analog hardware development using various CAD programs such as Altium and CIRCAD.
• Support production needs through BOM development, tester development, job aid development.
• Support project/product quoting activities.
• Customer interface.
• Project Management.
