About The Position

Electronics Warfare Analyst (CSDB) The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking an Electronics Warfare Analyst to support the 57th Intelligence Squadron , 365th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group , 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing , 16th Air Force , located at Joint Base San Antonio–Lackland, Texas . In this role, the Analyst will conduct in‑depth engineering assessments of radar and weapons systems in support of national Electronic Warfare (EW) and mission‑planning databases. The Analyst will provide technical leadership across assigned workflows, contributing both as a primary technical expert and as a key participant in collaborative Electronic Warfare and Electronic Intelligence efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years ; additional years of related experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Current Top Secret SCI Security clearance.
  • Background in Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) with emphasis on Technical ELINT (TechELINT) .
  • Familiarity with the intelligence analysis community, including DIA , MSIC , and ONI .

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DIA’s Modernized Intelligence Database (MIDB) , CORNERSTONE , and Mission Planning Order of Battle (MPOB) .
  • Hands‑on experience with IMOM , CLOAR , CSAR , CAF aircraft mission‑planning tools, and test/evaluation environments.
  • Current ACC/2 ISR experience within the 16th Air Force .

Responsibilities

  • Perform independent development and quality control of data standards and schemas for the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) , enabling ingestion of complex, unstructured data.
  • Advise Government stakeholders on optimal methods for collecting and processing data sets, including developing automated toolsets when feasible.
  • Develop and coordinate requirements for analytical tools that enhance exploitation of single‑INT and multi‑INT intelligence data.
  • Ensure CSDB studies are properly formatted and delivered in accordance with JMPS community standards.
  • Support ACC Combat Air Forces (CAF) mission‑planning systems by ensuring accurate and timely CSDB and JMPS data feeds.
  • Coordinate with the Interface Community Working Group (ICWG) to communicate, prioritize, and satisfy end‑user requirements for threat parametric data.
  • Provide functional support for the development, dissemination, and databasing of threat systems, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain consistency in processes, standards, and procedures across ACC ISR units and end users; manage intelligence security markings with appropriate agencies.
