This Electronics Engineer/ Principal Electronics Engineer position requires a blend of Hardware and Software skills, experience with DC, Analog, Digital or RF test & measurement equipment, and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex electronic systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 2 years' experience, Master's degree in STEM with 0 years' experience, or an additional 4 years experience in lieu of degree for Electronics Engineer
• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5 years' experience, Master's degree in STEM with 3 years' experience, Ph.D degree in STEM with 0 years' experience, or an additional 4 years experience in lieu of degree for Principal Electronics Engineer
• The ability to read and interpret specifications, schematics and block diagrams
• Mix of hardware and software skills
• Experience in text-based programming (e.g. C /C++)
• Background and working knowledge in RF, digital or power theory and concepts
• Experience with test & measurement equipment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline
• Test design and integration background
• Ability to work with minimal direction and guidance
• Experience with LabWindows CVI, C / C++ programming
• TestStand programming
• Experience with schematic design tools (e.g. Mentor Graphics, Zuken, etc.)
• Proficiency with digital, analog, RF test equipment, RF theory and high-speed digital design
• Familiarity with differential digital interfaces like LVDS - PXI/PXIe and VME bus experience
• Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical hardware
• Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP
