As an Electronics Engineering Technician Apprentice at IBM, you will engage in hands-on learning across various technical domains, including Thermal Lab Tech, Power Card Lab Tech, Optical Diagnostics, Physical Failure Analysis, and Microelectronic Assembly. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience with cutting-edge tools and technologies to support IBM's semiconductor hardware. You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers and technicians to develop and execute test plans, assess electrical performance, and learn essential lab safety procedures.
