At Lockheed Martin, we place an emphasis on empowering our employees by fostering innovation, integrity, and exemplifying the epitome of corporate responsibility. Your Mission is Ours. As part of the Engineering and Technology Raptor Avionics Organization at Lockheed Martin Space, this role supports the development of electronic hardware and test systems that ensure mission success for spacecraft and ground systems. Our team designs and builds electronic circuits, specialized test equipment, and hardware that support spacecraft subsystem integration and test operations. As an Associate Circuit Design Engineer, you will support the design, development, integration, and sustainment of electronic circuits and test equipment while working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering environment under the guidance of senior engineers. What will you do as a new hire? You will support the design, development, and sustainment of electronic circuits and test equipment for complex spacecraft and measurement systems using both Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and custom hardware. Working under close supervision and mentorship, you will interpret technical documentation, assist with schematic development, perform circuit simulation and analysis, build and test prototypes, support fabrication activities, and troubleshoot electronic test systems in laboratory environments. You will work closely with systems, software, and test engineers to integrate hardware and verify system performance. This role provides opportunities to develop technical skills, gain hands-on experience in spacecraft electronics and test hardware, and contribute to the development of system test solutions.
