The MIL Corporation is seeking an Electronic Warfare Test and Evaluator (Info. Systems & Cyber Security, Sr. Analyst) to support the T&E of Electronic Warfare (EW), platforms and weapons related technologies and capabilities; adhering to Service and Department of Defense policies and statutes for a NAWCAD customer located in Patuxent River, MD. This position currently requires an on-site schedule, with 5 days on-site and is eligible for Compressed Work Schedule (CWS). Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

  • Operate, install, adjust, and maintain integrated computer/communications systems, consoles, simulators, and other data acquisition, test, and measurement instruments and equipment.
  • Record, interpret test data, and report on test data.
  • Independently plan and accomplish complete projects or studies of broad scope and complexity.
  • Prepare designs and specifications for various complex equipment or systems.
  • Plan approach to solve design problems and recommend new design techniques.
  • Design and coordinate test setups and experiments to prove or disprove the feasibility of preliminary design.
  • Work directly with clients to develop test plans, lead the execution of test events and deliver final result briefings and reports.
  • Apply computer knowledge and skills in support of test execution.
  • Develop test methodologies, scenarios, and data collection plans to ensure test adequacy.
  • Attend T&E and EW related conferences and participate in technical working groups.
  • Assist in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses.
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate with 9 years relevant experience.
  • Experience designing, developing, maintaining, and/or operating with signals intelligence systems.
  • Completion of a technical school, trade school, or advanced armed services technical school curriculum or course of training in electricity, electronics, avionics, mechanics, armaments/ordnance, or engineering technology.
  • Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to pass a Counter-Intelligence (CI) polygraph examination.
