About The Position

The Electronic Warfare Operator (EWO) is a Subject Matter Expert who works in a small, close-knit crew environment to provide expertise in support of mission requirements. The EWO utilizes their aviation and Electronic Warfare (EW) experience to develop tactics and techniques to counter emerging threats, coordinating with DoD entities to facilitate product development that meets current and future client capabilities. This role requires an in-depth understanding of aircraft survivability and combat mission planning, with an active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years aviation experience in Electronic Warfare.
• Graduate of military technical training courses such as Electronic Warfare Officer or Navy Aviation Electronic Warfare School.
• Recent operational experience in Electronic Warfare.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 5 years as an Air Force EWO/WSO or Navy ECMO/WSO.
• Deployed operational experience as an airborne Electronic Warfare SME is highly desired.
• BS or BSE degree is desired.
