About The Position

Electronic Warfare Instructor The Opportunity: As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. Working as an Electronic Warfare ( EW ) Instructor, you’ll bring your EW, analytical, and defense mission expertise to help educate and mentor government warfighters. You’ll investigate advances in EW and develop, plan, and deliver mission-enhancing curricula to warfighters. You’ll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex EW systems, policies , and processes. Further, you’ll bring expert insight and experience to inform the work we do for the Department of Defense. You served your country–now, continue your mission with us. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Air Force pilot or aircrew member
  • 5+ years of experience with electronic warfare ( EW ) operations
  • Experience in military aircraft or weapon system training development and instruction
  • Knowledge of counter-measure analysis
  • Knowledge of tactics, techniques, and procedures for int rus ion set activities
  • Knowledge of air mission planning, leadership, execution, and assessment and aircrew planning and actions in Joint, Interagency, Combined, and Multinational operations
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience analyzing complex problems, researching and synthesizing data, and proposing solutions or alternatives across multiple complex tasks in multiple organizations
  • Experience instructing technical information
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and administering curriculum
  • Ability to provide advice and assistance in support of an agency's mission‐oriented functions
