Please Note this position supports our 2nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM -- 4/10 work week -- Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off. Because of the need for consistent, in- person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full- time on site. Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. We are seeking an experience test technician for our first shift manufacturing team. Come support various programs in electronic warfare using your technical skills in functional and environmental testing. You will work in a test manufacturing team that supports critical mission capabilities. Job Summary: Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences. Lays out and assembles units for production equipment according to designs and specifications. Adjusts and calibrates systems as needed. Modifies equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches. Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed. Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties. Nay monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
