About The Position
BESTAFF has immediate openings on first shift with a Manufacturing Company in Indianapolis, IN. This company offers incredible benefit opportunities upon permanent hire. The starting pay for this temp-to hire role is $18-19 per hour based on experience. Monday-FridayThe Assembler performs assembly of mechanical, electrical & shipping assemblies that meet customer, quality and Engineering specifications. Responsibilities may include submitting fully operational equipment assemblies for quality checks, as well as training other assemblers. This position will identify and seek to resolve quality issues, job documentation and suggest continuous improvements. The Assembler will always practice safety in the highest regard.
