Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of experience working in banking.

Nice To Haves

Two (2) years of experience working in electronic services for a bank.

Responsibilities

Assist Electronic Services staff with various responsibilities, to include wire transfer processing, ACH processing, ATS setups and maintenance, dispute resolution, and Online Banking support.
Oversee Visa Gift Card ordering, disbursement, and tracking.
Communicate with vendors to assist in resolving system and technical issues.
Provide support to branches and other departments with incoming phone calls, e-mails, and EBS Desk inquiries.
Assist with department procedural updates and maintain procedure manual.
Complete other duties as assigned.
