About The Position

OUCU Financial is seeking several Electronic Services Representatives to join our team! As an ESR, you will have a direct impact on our members by answering inquiries through a variety of platforms—phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for assisting Credit Union members with products and services as well as helping members to resolve account-related problems. The pay for this position starts at $18.21 per hour, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate. This position also earns incentive monthly, and we do not put any cap on the amount of incentive that can be earned.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent listening skills, verbal communication skills, grammar, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software.
Must have a positive attitude and be able to work under pressure and without close supervision.
Must work well with others and work within a team environment.
Resume and cover letter required.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of credit union products preferred.

Responsibilities

Receives incoming phone calls and answers questions regarding deposits, loan rates, account and service information, the operation of accounts, access to services, account discrepancies, and assists members in complaint resolution.
Recommends and explains features of Credit Union products and services to members and inform them of new and on-going promotions.
Helps members with issues related to credit and debit cards.
Processes a variety of financial transactions for members.
Research requests for member information including statements and cleared checks. Assists in maintaining member information in the system.
Direct member calls or schedule appointments with appropriate staff.
