We are currently seeking motivated candidates for a Full Time Electronic Services Fraud Specialist position available at our Home Office in Auburn Hills. Responsible for researching and resolving card fraud cases and disputes and decisioning fraud cases to be distributed to the ES team. Assists with filing chargebacks, SAFE reporting, reviewing representment documentation, denying member fraud cases and removing member credits. Completes related reports and maintains tracking for card fraud and dispute cases. Provides support for branches and members by phone and email. Performs other related clerical duties as required.
