About The Position

At Flash Security Integrators Inc, we are committed to delivering innovative security solutions that protect people, assets, and information. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled and reliable Electronic Security Sales Professional to join our growing organization. Flash Security Integrators is looking for a Seasoned Electronic Security Solutions Consultant to take over existing book of business in the North East Region, with the skill set to hunt and gathering on their own, to generate new business for the organization. This is an outward facing sales position, and primarily remote. Flash’s NE Branch office is in the Boston Metro area, and you will need to come into the office occasionally as a matter of normal business. The main responsibilities of this role revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with existing clients, and persuade new customers to purchase products and solutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the Electronic Security Solutions industry.
  • Good working knowledge of Intrusion Alarms, Fire Alarms, Access Control, and CCTV Systems.
  • Outgoing, charismatic, and personable with a passion for building relationships.
  • Eager to embrace the Flash way while also contributing innovative ideas.
  • Familiar with Salesforce applications and CPQ tools.
  • Strong consultative sales approach.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with adaptability to change.

  • Ideally, has an established portfolio of business in the North East region.

Responsibilities

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of security products, services, and Flash’s offerings in the marketplace.
  • Proactively identify and generate leads, converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Engage with new and existing customers to assess both current and future security needs.
  • Highlight the functionality and benefits of security technology to demonstrate how it addresses customer challenges.
  • Actively listen to customers, clearly presenting solutions and products tailored to their needs with confidence and expertise.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and prepare comprehensive sales agreements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure seamless post-sale support and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain and nurture a strong customer base through consistent communication and relationship-building.
