Electronic Security Service Technician

Cennox is seeking full-time, enthusiastic Electronic Security Service Technicians to join our expanding Electronic Security division. Responsibilities

• Perform field service and related project work for electronic security systems in banking, retail and commercial facilities throughout Ohio.

Requirements

• Previous knowledge and training in the electronic security industry preferred
• Previous experience with Physical Security and VAT Systems
• Smart-phone familiarity and technologically savvy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with mapping and routing applications such as MapPoint or Google Maps
• Have mechanical/technological/electrical aptitude
• Ability to interpret written instructions and documents
• Ability to learn through telephone training
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service
• Knowledge in surveillance and security systems with basic understanding of electronics, wiring, local and national codes
• IP Video and IT/Networking knowledge preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, timelines, and other plans/or drawings
• Bosch, DMP, Honeywell, Radionics, 3VR, Verint, and March Networks knowledge preferred
• Banking experience a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to maintain a reliable vehicle
