Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive, upbeat attitude
Professional appearance
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities

Create a WOW experience for the customer by providing product information during the retail experience process based off their needs
Create a consumer loyalty towards manufacturer and retailer for future purchases
Attend and master training on the proper use of “scenarios” so staff can effectively implement/demonstrate to customers
Train staff on core selling skills using all available or preferred methods
Close the sale by reinforcing the customers purchase by demonstrating that their purchase will improve their lives
