Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary is a multidenominational, evangelical graduate school committed to equipping Christian leaders to think theologically, engage globally, and live biblically. The Electronic Resources Librarian provides leadership and expertise for the selection, acquisition, management, discovery, and assessment of all electronic resources—including databases, e-books, e-journals, and streaming media—across Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary’s four campuses (Hamilton, Boston, Charlotte, Jacksonville) and online programs. This full-time position supports the Seminary’s mission “to advance Christ’s Kingdom in every sphere of life by equipping Church leaders to think theologically, engage globally, and live biblically.” The Networked Education Hub in Charlotte emphasizes biblically rich, culturally sensitive ministry training grounded in evangelical theology. It prioritizes the engagement of contemporary culture though theological reflection and practical application by fostering strong partnerships with local churches and ministries though mentored and integrative experiences. Adopting an adult education model, the campus empowers students, many already active in ministry, to pursue flexible, contextualized theological education without interrupting their current ministry commitments.
