In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and calibrating audiological instruments while delivering unparalleled customer service.   • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two-year technical or Engineering degree or at least two years related experience required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, experience with database management systems.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to maintain a clear driving record.
  • Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine.
  • Physically able to drive a vehicle for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to Lift up to 50 pounds, bending and lifting throughout the workday.
  • Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching depending on variables at customer location.
  • Clear background check including criminal history and education verification.
  • Must pass Drug Test.

Responsibilities

  • Build & maintain customer relationships and provide unparalleled service and technical support.
  • Perform calibration, maintenance, repairs, and installations on a wide range of audiology equipment.
  • Calibrate the field test equipment received at the regional office; schedule return to customer when completed.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Keep product knowledge current, attending all required training.
  • Collaborate with office administration team to ensure scheduling of equipment calibrations meets the required deadlines and certification requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer contact and equipment.
  • Limited travel to customers’ locations, works independently with minimal supervision.
  • All other duties as assigned.
