What You’ll Do: Electronic Payment Specialists provide multi-channel product support to Royal Credit Union team members and Members for all Royal's card products, check processing and electronic transactions. Also responsible for the processing of daily manual payroll, transaction adjustments, and reviewing/maintaining reports while providing the highest level of service to internal and external members. Possess knowledge to answer questions, use logical reasoning to research and solve problems and perform transactions.

  • Electronic Payment Specialists provide multi-channel product support to Royal Credit Union team members and Members for all Royal's card products, check processing and electronic transactions.
  • Responsible for the processing of daily manual payroll, transaction adjustments, and reviewing/maintaining reports while providing the highest level of service to internal and external members.
  • Possess knowledge to answer questions, use logical reasoning to research and solve problems and perform transactions.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • One (1) year Customer Service Experience
  • Must be bondable upon hire
  • Accounting & Compliance: Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and regulatory requirements for electronic payments and negative share accounts.
  • Customer Service & Communication: Strong sense of customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills to support Members and team members.
  • Organization & Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment under multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Analytical and critical thinking skills to research, solve problems, and make decisions regarding complex daily work; effective problem-solving skills to identify, research, propose, and execute resolutions.
  • Technical Proficiency & Independence: Readily learns new technologies and uses Royal’s digital solutions; works independently on assigned tasks within a team environment with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business Management
  • Experience working in a financial institution or related experience
